Zesty Clam Dip

Makes 1¾ cup dip.

Ingredients

1 cup BLOUNT Frozen Sea Clam Meat
8 oz. non-fat cream cheese
¼ cup bottled salsa, medium-hot
4 Tbsp. scallion, sliced thin
1 tsp. Dijon mustard
½ tsp. lemon juice
½ tsp. granulated garlic
½ salt (optional)

Instructions

Heat clam meat in skillet for approximately 30 seconds or until hot. Pour clam meat and any accumulated liquid into food processor. Process until finely minced. Add all remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Chill at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
