Zesty Clam DipMakes 1¾ cup dip. Ingredients1 cup BLOUNT Frozen Sea Clam Meat 8 oz. non-fat cream cheese ¼ cup bottled salsa, medium-hot 4 Tbsp. scallion, sliced thin 1 tsp. Dijon mustard ½ tsp. lemon juice ½ tsp. granulated garlic ½ salt (optional) InstructionsHeat clam meat in skillet for approximately 30 seconds or until hot. Pour clam meat and any accumulated liquid into food processor. Process until finely minced. Add all remaining ingredients and process until well combined. Chill at least 30 minutes for best flavor.
