Clams Crostini (Little Pizzas)Makes 16 hors d’oeuvre crostini. Ingredients1 cup ripe tomato, seeded and chopped ¾ cup BLOUNT Frozen Sea Clam Meat 4 Tbsp. feta cheese, crumbled 16 black olives 1 Tbsp. olive oil ½ tsp. oregano, dried ½ tsp. granulated garlic 16 slices French bread, sliced 1" thick InstructionsCombine all ingredients except bread in small bowl. Toss well. Lightly toast slices and arrange them on sheet pan. Divide clam mixture evenly over bread slices. Bake in 375° oven for 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bubbly. (Also great topped on English muffins and toasted for a quick, healthy snack.)
